After a near two-year separation, LaLa and Carmelo Anthony are officially back together.
According to US Weekly, the couple has decided to reconcile their relationship after separating over Carmelo’s infidelity in 2016. The public knew the split was official when LaLa moved out of their home and live on her own with the couple’s now 11-year-old son in New York. But after seeing the two together at the former MTV VJ’s annual Winter Wonderland holiday charity event in the Bronx, a source confirms the two are back on.
“La La and Carmelo have recently reconciled and they truly still love one another,” says the source. “It’s so obvious when they’re together.”
The source went on to say Carmelo and LaLa’s decision to mend their nuptials has to do with their son.
“They also both want what’s best for their son and are committed to being a family.”

LaLa recently opened up to US about her split and how she dealt with the hurt.
“I learned that life is filled with ups and downs and it’s just about how you react to them.”
She continued, “You can get down on yourself and just be like, ‘Oh, the world’s ending,’ and just, you know, really be hard on yourself, or you can say, ‘I’m not the first and I won’t be the last, this happens to people,’ you know, ups and downs, and you just gotta keep pushing forward. I proved to myself that I can overcome a lot of things that probably would have broken some people.”
