After landing her first major acting role in Season 12 of FX’s American Horror Story, Kim Kardashian’s is getting her own show. Entitled, Group Chat, the new drama series for Hulu will star the socialite herself, along with her bestie Lala Anthony.
According to Deadline, the show developed in collaboration with Anthony and executive producer Kenya Barris. “Group Chat” was inspired by Anthony’s bestseller, “The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex, and Happiness.”
In her 2015 New York Times bestselling book, Anthony, shared her journey of crafting a life of love and success on her own terms. Before finding an equilibrium between a thriving career, a high-profile marriage, and motherhood, she faced a series of challenging dates, turbulent relationships, and untrustworthy friends. Her story is a testament to resilience and personal growth.

The 20th Television-Kardashian partnership comes on the heels of her involvement in FX’s “American Horror Story” and her upcoming legal drama series “All’s Fair” for Hulu.
“I’m incredibly interested in telling stories that are personal, complicated, relevant, from my own experiences and those familiar to me,” Kardashian said.
“I had a front row seat to working with the exceptional team at 20th Television during American Horror Story: Delicate, and I’m so excited to dive into developing my first wave of television projects with the team led by Karey Burke and Eric Schrier, and to continue working alongside Craig Erwich and his entire group at Hulu and Disney,” she added.
Anthony noted, “This show is about to be CRRAAZZZYYY! Everything you and your friends talk about in love, life, friendships and relationships!”
At Hulu, where the reality series “The Kardashians” continues its fifth season, Kardashian leads the cast in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming legal drama “All’s Fair.” She also features in Murphy’s “American Horror Story: Delicate,” which is streaming on the platform.
