Four years after the death of her partner, Nipsey Hustle, Lauren London has been granted an ownership stake in the late rapper’s business assets. The ownership came from the rapper’s brother, Blacc Sam. Sam recently filed a report of Nipsey’s estate’s holdings, which is valued at $11 million.

HUustle’s two children, Emani and Kross, are his sole beneficiaries, according to the report. They will each receive 50% of his assets.

This all comes amid a legal battle between his estate and Tanisha Foster, the mother of Hustle’s child, Emani. The rapper’s family was granted physical custody of her in 2019 by claiming that Foster was not fit to care for a child. Foster has recently made claims that the family used “their financial position and influence” to win the case.

“I have continued to be an active part of Emani’s life,” Foster said in court. “She spends the night with me often. I take her to school, and I continue to do the things a parent would do with their child. I am very unhappy that the guardians will not take my calls. They have blocked me on their cell phones. I have to go through a third party or Emani to communicate with the guardians.”

During a court hearing in September, Foster was granted an increase in visitation rights with Emani.
