Lifetime Releases Official Trailer For ‘Survivng R. Kelly: The Final Chapter’

 It looks like the R.Kelly saga isn’t over yet. On Jan. 2 and 3 the final chapter of Surviving R.Kelly will premiere on Lifetime.

According to reports, the latest installment of the docuseries will focus on the aftermath of the disgraced singer’s crimes and multiple court cases. “While millions have read the headlines, the final chapter connects the shocking fine print with unspeakable details never shared with the public, culminating in the verdict heard around the world,” the show’s press release states. 

Night one will talk about Azriel Clary’s story and how she lied during her interview with Gayle King as well as highlight the gun threats that the original episodes received during the premiere of the docuseries. 

R.Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison, and he is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.
