New reports reveal that “American Idol” judge Lionel Richie is in a serious relationship with a 30-year-old woman named Lisa Parigi.
Richie and Parigi have been together since 2014. She is from Switzerland but now resides in California. Parigi is also the founder of a cosmetic brand ‘Glow Up Beauty’.

Fans are shocked at the age gap between the pair especially because Parigi is younger than one of his daughters. But, his daughters seem to love their relationship.
