Marcus Jordan celebrates a major milestone in his sobriety journey.

The 34-year-old shared that he was celebrating 40 days of being sober on his now-deleted Instagram story with a photo of him in a workout room. “40 days & counting,” he wrote in the caption.

This news comes after Jordan was arrested in Florida after his Lamborghini was found stuck on the train tracks by police officers. They later reported that Jordan appeared “to be intoxicated, displayed belligerent behavior, and refused a breathalyzer test.”

He was charged with a DUI with property damage, ketamine possession, and resisting arrest. In the video, he was seen trying to identify himself as Michael Jordan’s son when he was speaking to the police. Jordan was released the same day on a $4,000 bond and then pleaded not guilty to his charges.

It was previously reported that Marcus Jordan had acknowledged his issues with substance abuse in the court filings made by his legal team. His legal team had requested that he enter a Pre-Trial Substance Abuse Education and Treatment Intervention Program. They argued that it “would not only benefit him personally but also serve the community by reducing the likelihood of future offenses.”

Marcus Jordan is currently waiting for a hearing date that hasn’t been set yet.
