Marlon Wayans is getting ready to step into Jordan Peele’s world.
According to reports, Wayans will be starring in Peele’s next movie called “GOAT.” The film is a psychological horror that will focus on a young rising athlete who is set to train with the team’s retiring star, played by Wayans.
The actor went on social media to discuss his next role. “And so the journey begins. Looking for to losing myself for a while. Let’s go! GOAT.” He followed up with, “Manifesting… now be careful what you ask for. No excuses…shut up and do the work.”
Fans have expressed that they are excited to see Marlon in a new light with this film. The movie will be produced under Peele’s production company MonkeyPaw Productions and will be directed by Justin Tipping.
Jordan Peele is known for his films such as “Get Out” starring Daniel Kaluuya and “Nope” also starring Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer. Each film grossed $255 million worldwide and $172 million worldwide respectively
