"Creed" and "Black Panther" actor Michael B. Jordan have signed a first-look TV deal with Amazon directly through his Outlier Society Productions company.
Outlier Society Productions was founded by Jordan back in 2016. Through this production company, the 31-year-old actor has been seen as the co-producer and star in Fahrenheit 451 as well as produce Raising Dion, a Netflix original series set to arrive later this year.

This would be the second first-look deal signed by Jordan since he created his very own Outlier Society Productions. Just this year alone, Michael signed a similar agreement for movies and other various projects with none other than Warner Brothers. This news in which came after the new company-wide diversity initiative and the announcement of Just Mercy, which Jordan will produce and star in.
“It’s an exciting moment for Outlier Society,” Jordan said in a statement.
“On behalf of myself and president of production, Alana Mayo, we are thrilled to be entering into this partnership with Amazon Studios. In just a few short years they have become home to some of television’s most groundbreaking series and an extraordinary place for talent to create, with a cutting-edge business model that speaks to today’s audiences. Alongside the expert leadership at Amazon Studios, we can’t wait to unveil the fruits of this union.”
