Polarizing superstar Nicki Minaj has social media buzzing after posting a series of tweets suggesting that she may be neurodivergent.
On Friday (March 13) the femcee co-signed a remark made by Palantir CEO, Alex Karp, who said that the future belongs to the “neurodivergent.”
Minaj reposted the his tweet writing:
*takes my rightful place in society with the rest of my tribe* Neurodivergents of Gag City gather here.
*looks menacingly @ the “normals”.
*begins implementing the payback they never saw coming*
Reads to congregation: and the stone the builder rejected…”
She followed that post with another one using hashtag #NeurodivergentRapLines encouraging fans to whip up their own lyrics.
In her sequence of posts on the cognitive function, Minaj praised Elon Musk for his billionaire status. “Neurodivergents watching our leader Elon be the richest & smartest while the others realize they’re cooked,” she posted.
Musk has previously been outspoken about his autism diagnosis.
Minaj’s post was paired with an image of the creepy red-haired doll from the horror movie Child’s Play, adding a humorous and strange tone to her posts.
The Cleveland Clinic defines neurodivergent as a “nonmedical term that describes people whose brains develop or work differently for some reason. This means the person has different strengths and struggles from people whose brains develop or work more typically.”
Minaj has made headlines in recent weeks for her political hot takes. The Trinidad and Tobago-born rapper previously declared herself to be Donald Trump’s “number one fan.” She has also praised JD Vance for being an “amazing role model” for young men. In defense of Trump, Minaj most recently attacked Don Lemon’s sexuality suggesting that he should be thrown in jail.
