One official said that they wanted to take Minaj into custody for “carrying drugs,” the video showed.

In a post on X just before 4pm, Nicki said that she had to go to the “precinct” in order to give a “statement”. Though the officer they would “try to get [her] there [to the concert]” as soon as possible.
In a second video, Minaj appeared to be seated inside a vehicle while speaking to a uniformed man about the plans to go through all her bags.
“Why didn’t you guys search it before they went on the plane?” she asked.
The man shrugged and said that the previous officer did not believe the rap star was not carrying drugs — and was annoyed that she had filmed him.
Robert Kapel, a spokesperson for Royal Netherlands Marechaussee military police confirmed to TMZ they had arrested an American woman for possessing “soft drugs” — like marijuana for example — and described a similar scenario to Minaj’s, but refused to identify her by name or the type of alleged drugs.
