Peloton has shared that they are ‘pausing’ the use Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ music in their classes.

On its private member’s Facebook page, the fitness company stated, “We take this issue very seriously and can confirm Peloton has paused the use of Sean Combs’ music, as well as removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series, on our platform.”

They added, “This means our instructors are no longer using his music in any newly produced classes. Again, thank you for sharing your concerns and thank you for being a member of our Peloton community.”

A few years ago, Peloton launched a series of workouts known as the ‘Artist Series’. These are direct collaborations & partnerships with artists, where the workouts will see the entire soundtrack featuring the tunes of the artist.

The pause on Diddy’s music includes those featured from the Bay Boy Entertainment artist series. There were two different featured artist series for Bad Boy Entertainment – one in 2021 and another in 2023.

Peloton’s comment was in response to a post from a concerned member reading, “Dear Peloton, Your next purge needs to be all Diddy classes. Signed, women everywhere.”
