Entrepreneur and television personality Pinky Cole has confirmed she is expecting her fourth child with husband Derrick Hayes.
The Slutty Vegan founder shared the news during a preview for the upcoming “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 17 reunion, marking a significant personal milestone during her freshman year on the hit Bravo reality series.
The announcement came during a first look at the three-part reunion special, which is scheduled to begin airing Aug. 9. Cole told host Andy Cohen and her fellow cast members that the new addition to her family is due in December 2026. This will be the fourth biological child for Cole and Hayes, who are already parents to D’Ella, Derrick Jr. and David.
Hayes also has two children from previous relationships. The pregnancy reveal provides a rare moment of celebration in what appears to be a highly contentious reunion. The teaser trailer suggests the cast will face off over several long-standing grievances. Key confrontations include heated exchanges between Shamea Morton Mwangi and Angela Oakley, as well as a direct clash between veteran housewife Phaedra Parks and Cole.
The season finale and subsequent reunion follow a whirlwind year for Cole. The restaurateur joined the Atlanta franchise while simultaneously navigating complex business challenges. Despite her rising profile on television, Cole has been working to rebuild her Slutty Vegan empire through franchising initiatives following a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and roughly $4 million in reported debt.
Beyond the financial and legal drama, the reunion will also dive into the personal lives of other cast members. Porsha Williams is expected to share updates on her relationship with girlfriend Patrice “Sway” McKinney, telling the group she is “so in love.” Meanwhile, Cynthia Bailey is seen reacting to sharp questioning from Cohen regarding her rift with Morton Mwangi.
Cole’s debut season has been defined by this balance of high-stakes business and personal transparency. While managing legal disputes involving a former CFO and participating in animal rights campaigns with PETA, Cole has maintained her presence as a central figure in the Atlanta social and entrepreneurial scene.
Fans can watch the full reveal and the ensuing drama when Part 1 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 17 reunion premieres Sunday on Bravo.
