Marion “Pooch” Hall entered our homes when he played on the football field for BET’s ‘The Game,’ but he’s best-known for his portrayal of Daryll on the Showtime series ‘Ray Donovan.’
However, his recent appearances on the television screen have been anything but, binge-worthy TV.
Hall, 44, was charged Wednesday with child abuse and a DUI. Last week we reported, a witness reportedly saw him drunkenly driving with his toddler steering the wheel. A crash happened shortly thereafter, but no one was injured. According to police officials, Hall blew a .25, more than three times the legal limit of .08.
Today, the ‘Ray Donovan‘ actor has pleaded not guilty in his drunken car crash. Hall, present with his attorney, in the L.A. County Superior Court, revealed he’s entered a 60-day residential rehab program.
As a condition of his bail, Hall will have to attend 2 AA classes per week as well as outpatient treatment. If convicted for these charges, Hall could face up to six years and six months in prison.
