Since the six-part Lifetime documentary series release of Surviving R. Kelly aired, the world has gone in frenzy. The raw series shared stories of numerous women coming forward and claiming to have suffered from mental and physical abuse from Kelly.

R. Kelly has denied all claims and refuses to lie low following the allegations of abuse.

On Tuesday, the self-acclaimed “King of R&B,” announced a new tour in Australia, New Zealand and Sir Lanka. R. Kelly tweeted a poster for the upcoming tour that reads, “Flamingo Dreamz presents R. Kelly The King of R&B.” No dates or venues have been listed yet.

Since the documentary has aired, R. Kelly performed for his birthday at a packed club in Chicago Illinois, on January 8. In a video taken by a fan, R. Kelly is seen yelling into a microphone saying, “Y’all mother**kers don’t know. It’s my mother**cking birthday and I don’t give a f**k what’s going on tonight.”

R. Kelly also has two scheduled performances in Germany for April. Most of Kelly’s scheduled concerts in the States over the past few years have been cancelled due to poor ticket sales.

With the new tour being as far as geographically possible from the United States, we will see how far R. Kelly’s success will go before every country in the world refuses to let him perform.
