Things seem to be getting worse for R. Kelly.
The singer was forced to spend the weekend in jail after failing to come up with10{cf74dfb42c160c86fab84d92af628b92d0859125321fa10dc87be72131d49b21} ($100,000) his $1 million bail after being charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of four women, three of them allegedly underage.
He is currently in court Monday (Feb. 21), facing a judge for the second time following his arrest on Friday to be arraigned.
According to Tia Ewing, reporter for Fox News Chicago, Judge Lawrence Flood made the decision to keep his bail amount at $1 million during the proceeding. Under conditions he posts bond, he has been told not to have contact with anyone in the case, anyone 18-years-old or younger, be in possession of any firearms, and no passport.
He has plead not guilty. Kelly is due back in court at 10 A.M. central time.

#RKelly is in court with no handcuffs, he is wearing a orange DOC jumpsuit. Arraignment on 4 separate indictments from the grand jury.
All are class 2 felonies 3-7 years and could be up to 14 years in prison. Kelly’s attorney says his client is not guilty on all counts.

Lawyer Michael Avenatti has confirmed that a second video was submitted to the court that allegedly shows R. Kelly engaged with another underage girl.
I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning. This tape was recently uncovered in connection with our ongoing nationwide investigation on behalf of victims. Justice must be done.

The crimes he was charged with allegedly occured between the years of 1997 and 2010.
According to CNN, one victim provided a shirt she wore during a sexual encounter which tested positive with his DNA.
