San Antonio Spurs Coach Greg Popovich Calls Out The Racial Injustices In America

Greg Popovich is calling out and criticizing the racial injustices that happen on a constant basis within America.

While speaking at the inaugural Social Justice Summit he said, “I live in a country I did not know exists. I knew there were racists, I understand that, but I had no idea it was to this level and that the injustice and seeking of power was so rampant that we are in the position we’re in now.”

He continued, “I don’t have the answers, but it pisses me off, it hurts me, it confounds me, and I wonder where the hell do I live.”

Coach Popovich has spoken out on these issues before. After the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, the head coach called out lawmakers for their lack of action on gun regulations. He also spoke out against racism after the death of George Floyd.
