Sanya Richards-Ross will not appear in the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Bravo executive Andy Cohen confirmed the news of her exit during his SiriusXM show when he asked his guest, Mariah Smith, “How do you feel about Kandu, Sanya, and Marlo leaving the show?”
Although Cohen casually dropped the news about her exit, Richards-Ross has not publicly spoken about her exit. She appeared in seasons 14 and 15 of the show, where fans saw her, her husband, and their family’s ups and downs.
Richards-Ross had a very public feud with fellow castmate, Drew Sidora, and formed a close friendship with Marlo Hampton and Shereé Whitfield. It was recently revealed that Kandi Burruss and Marlo Hampton will not return to the franchise. Burruss is the longest-running Housewife since joining the show in the second season.
It was also announced that Porsha Williams will return to the franchise after leaving before season 14.
