The mural of Sean Price has officially been removed a day earlier than expected.
We reported that Price’s wife announced on her Instagram page that the mural was set to be removed by the new owner of the building. She said that the mural was supposed to be removed on Saturday, Dec 9th, at noon, however, she recently put up a new video showing workers removing the mural early.
“They lied and removed it today, so tomorrow is canceled, sorry guys. Hopefully, I can find another wall.” The mural was located in Brooklyn on the corner of Bergen Street and Kingston Avenue.
The mural went up in 2015 after the beloved Brooklyn rapper passed away in his sleep. He was 43-years-old. Sean Price is survived by his three children and his wife, Bernadette.
