The Game joined Shaniece Hairston and Evelyn Lozado for an honest conversation about the former couple’s relationship.

During a recent episode on the Drop the Lo podcast, Shaniece Hairston, 32, and The Game, 46, addressed all they address the rumors, talk openly about their co-parenting relationship, and share how life has shifted since becoming parents.

Initial reaction to Shaniece’s pregnancy

The Game revealed that after finding out about Shanice’s pregnancy, one of his first questions to Shanice was, “Did you tell your mom?” He then explained his first reaction, which initially came as a shock.

“When she told me, I was shocked a little bit. Like literally, I was shocked,” he said, explaining that he had not had a child in more than a decade. He acknowledged that his reaction was difficult for Shaniece at the time. “I don’t think it was the reaction that Sha wanted. So she cried a little bit, and it was uncomfortable for her and for me.”

He continued, “I didn’t want to make her cry. I just was like I didn’t know what to say because I hadn’t had a kid in 14 years.”

The Game knew he wanted to get Shaniece pregnant

Shaniece reminded The Game that he had talked about having another child on their first date. “You manifested Blaze on our first date. You were talking about a Blaze, not him, exactly. But you were talking about a Blaze.”

The Game responded with, “when men see a baddie, we think, ‘I’m going to get her pregnant,’” hinting that this was one of his first thoughts upon dating the model.

Shaniece clears up rumors about sitting on The Game’s lap when she was 12-years-old

At the 56 minute mark, Shaniece asked The Game directly if she ever sat on his lap when she was 12 years-old and called him uncle. He promptly denied that rumor, referencing his own nieces as an example.

“When they were two and three years old, obviously you pick little kids up, they love to be picked up.” He continued, “But as they get older, you have to respect your unclehood, right? And you have to respect them growing up as young men and young women. So I’m not even on those vibes with my actual nieces and nephews or any of my homies kids.”

The Game clears up threesome rumors

“Did you ever have sex with my mom?” Hairston asked The Game, and also asked the rapper to clarify viral rumors about himself. “And did we have a threesome?”

“That is absurd,” The Game stated. “I damn near did a Prince [move] and walked out. I mean, I’ll let you know, Evelyn is a 50-year-old grandma, she’s absolutely beautiful … but never have I ever [had sex with her]. We don’t even give each other that type of energy or those types of vibes.”

Evelyn clears up rumors about she and The Game’s ex, Tiffany Cambridge, being friends

The Game clarified that he knows his ex-fiancé’s friends and Evelyn was never a part of that circle. “I know Tiff like the back of my hand. She has a small group of best friends and Evelyn’s not in it.”

Co-signing, Evelyn stated, “Most people look at a baby shower as a very personal intimate moment. But you’re right because we are in Hollywood. You invite people. Your PR person invites people or whatever.”

Shaniece grieves the life she thought she would have with The Game

Towards the middle of the episode, Evelyn asked the parents of Blaze what have they learned about each other through their co-parenting relationship.

Shaniece admitted that while she was upset with the Cali rapper, she couldn’t completely move on from him because of their child.

“I think a lot of my anger came from you not delivering what the expectations were. But I think that I had to learn how to when I’m done with someone, I’m done with them. And because you share a child, you can’t necessarily be done with them, she said.

“So, I think I had to learn how to wrap my mind around the fact that like this is for life.”
