Congratulations to Stephen Curry! The Golden State Warriors basketball player has graduated from Davidson College.
Thirteen years after leaving college for the NBA, Curry was reportedly one semester shy of graduating and he re-enrolled to the school during the spring semester.
Although he wasn’t able to attend the commencement ceremony on May 15th, his name was mentioned with a list of the other graduates. Curry’s team sent out a tweet congratulating him on his major accomplishment.
“13 years after entering the NBA, Stephen Curry is a college grad. Stephen completed his final semester of coursework this spring and will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology from Davidson College. Congrats to the Class of 2022!”

Curry also shared his sentiments in an Instagram post. “Dream come true! Class of 2010…aka 2022 but we got it done! Thanks to my whole village that helped me get across the finish line. Made the promise when I left and had to see it through. Official @davidsoncollege alum. Momma, we made it! #greatdaytobeawildcat.”
