Stephen Curry is doing everything he can to help Black Fashion designers.

The NBA Champion has partnered with Rakuten to support Black fashion designers from the Black In Fashion Council for the 2024 NBA season. Through this partnership, Curry will host conversations with the designers and the team while walking through the tunnel on game days.

During Tuesday’s game, Curry was seen wearing an outfit made by Pierre Blanc. Other brands that will be a part of this collaboration will be Head of State, Savant Studios, Advisry, and Des Pierrot.

The Point-guard said in a statement, “It’s an awesome way to create representation in a field that needs it. I’m no designer, I’m no fashion mogul, but I know there are creative ways to shine a light on some amazing talent. I’m excited for the world to see these designers on a new stage.”

He continued, “Most of the designers I’ve met for the first time. I heard their stories of how they got started in the industry and what inspires them and their brand. I met with Paul Richards, Keith Herron, and Des Pierre in person and saw their excitement on what it means to work on this project together.”

If fans want to purchase some Stephen Curry’s game day looks they can purchase it from Rakuten.com. New looks will be available every month.
