Grammy-nominated artist Summer Walker has announced a brand-new tour for her album Finally Over It.
The ‘Still Finally Over It Tour,’ will be Walker’s first-ever arena tour trekking both North America and the U.K. It will kick off in Toronto on May 26 and then see several major U.S cities before concluding in London on August 2.
The tour will make a stop in Las Vegas on June 26 at T‑Mobile Arena, where she will be joined by “African Rookie of the Month,” Odeal.
Walker’s highly anticipated tour arrives as part of her “Over It” trilogy. Her latest third studio album, Finally Over It, completes the series following 2019’s Over It and 2021’s Still Over It.
The R&B singer makes marriage a central theme in Finally Over It throughout the album’s rollout. She can be seen wearing a wedding dress on the cover art as well as in PR stunts.
On Thursday (Nov. 13) the R&B singer appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show and took part in the show’s signature “spirit tunnel” entrance. She walked the tunnel wearing a flowing white wedding dress, while the crew sang a playful rendition of her song “Heart of a Woman.”
“It is a trilogy, it is ending,” she said on the show. “And despite it sounding like I’m finally over it, like, ‘Oh, she’s really mad now,’ it’s more so of, like, a different era. Putting down the baggage, putting down any stress, and just moving towards a better life.”
The presale will be available on January 27 on Ticketmaster. General sale begins on January 29th from 10 am.
