Tamar Braxton shared with her fans that her car was broken into over the weekend at her home in Atlanta.
Braxton took to Instagram on Monday to share the alarming footage that shows a group of young men in a parking garage breaking into her car as they gathered her things. The young men appeared to have a getaway car prepared.
She wrote “I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere. I don’t know why I keep getting violated. I had a lot in my car cause I don’t live anywhere cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone.”
Braxton was just at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta singing the national anthem for the packer-falcon game Sunday night.
She detailed more in her Instagram stories, “Yeah So. Im not okay. Not at all. But I’m gonna be ok and that’s what matters.”
Braxton added, “They robbed me for 30 minutes with all this surveillance in one of the most expensive exclusive buildings in ATL.” It is still unclear when the incident took place.
The Grammy-nominated singer is set to go on you next month for the 10-year anniversary of her Love and War album.
