More than 25 years after Tupac “2Pac” Shakur was gunned down in Las Vegas, the exact car he was riding in the night he was shot has resurfaced. The restored and authenticated vehicle is now carrying a jaw-dropping price tag of $1.75 million.

The iconic BMW 750iL, driven by Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight, is now officially on the market, marking the first time the vehicle has ever been publicly displayed or offered for sale since Tupac’s 1996 death.
The legendary rapper was shot on September 7, 1996, around 11:15 p.m. PT after leaving the Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand.
While stopped at a red light at East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane, gunfire erupted. 2Pac was struck by four .40-caliber rounds fired from a Glock handgun. He later died in the hospital seven days later.
Details Of The Listing
Over the years, the car has undergone a comprehensive restoration designed to return it to the exact condition it was in before the shooting. Per the BMW’s listing on Celebrity Cars Las Vegas, it recently received a fresh coat of paint. Also the wheels have been correctly replaced with the same style fitted to the vehicle at the time. The BMW reportedly runs exceptionally well and presents in excellent overall condition.
The listing also reveals that the interior door panel and liner have been carefully pulled back. The original weld marks in the precise locations show where the bullets penetrated the vehicle-further.
The new owner will receive documentation verifying the vehicle’s ownership and historical provenance. While the BMW has had multiple owners since 1996, the most recent ownership commissioned the meticulous restoration now on display. Currently showcased at Celebrity Cars Las Vegas, the vehicle is available for purchase.
