The settlement details of Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict’s divorce have been revealed.
According to reports, the actress was awarded the family home worth $4.3 million. In addition to this, Mowry will not have to pay spousal or child support and she will share joint physical and legal custody of Cree and Cairo, the children she shares with Cory.
The settlement also reveals a clause that states that either party is “restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months.”
Although they are going through a divorce, things look to be good between them. In an interview Mowry did last year, she said that Hardrict will be spending the holidays with her and their children.
“Family is family, no matter what happens. And that’s what’s important to me so, we will always be family.”
We reported that after 14 years of marriage, Tia Mowry had filed for divorce from Cory Hardrict and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason to go separate ways.
