Following her arrest in Los Angeles for a DUI, comedian Tiffany Haddish has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges.
According to Rolling Stone, Haddish faced two DUI charges after she was allegedly found sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle. Her lawyers, who entered the plea consist of Mari Henderson, an associate at the firm of Alex Sprio. Spiro will be leading Haddish’s defense.
Last week, Haddish was charged with one count of misdemeanor driving under the influence and one count of misdemeanor driving with a blood alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent. Her pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 14.
