Chris Brown is fighting back after his arrest for allegedly raping a woman in Paris.
He was arrested Monday morning with no clear evidence, just all allegations. He was later released from custody, and was free to leave Paris after the fact.
Breezy is taking the incident to court and will counter sue the alleged 24-year-old victim for defamation.
Chris Brown’s lawyer, Raphael Chiche, says, “Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.”
Brown is firm on his feelings and stands behind claims on the 24-year-old model. He believes he was set up by her and wants her to pay for the lies he feels she’s telling. He took to Instagram and called the allegations “BS.”
According to TMZ, he was never alone with the woman. Brown claims he was in the room with 20 other individuals playing music off his iPhone in the living room suite the entire time.
Brown was released from custody Tuesday, but the investigation is still going on.
A reliable source in the judicial system in Paris confirmed that Brown was released with no conditions that will hold him back from any of his daily activities and will be free to leave the country at any time.
