R. Kelly was arrested on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in February.

A woman by the name of Valencia Love posted the bond of $100,000 for Kelly to be released. NOW, the woman is requesting for her money to be returned to her.

When Love gave the money for Kelly’s release, she claimed to be a friend of the singer and gave four installments of $25,000 the night he turned himself in.

Since, Kelly has been indicted back in July on 18 counts of child pornography, production, obstruction of justice and receipt of child pornography by federal prosecutors in New York and Chicago, Love is looking to be reimbursed.

According to reports, on Tuesday (September 17th), a Cook County Judge stated that Love would not be getting her money back because the papers that she signed stated that she could lose her money.

Love’s lawyer claims that she did not didn’t know that she signed papers stating the money she gave could potentially be used for the singer’s legal fees.
