apology during a TikTok livestream, acknowledging the insensitivity of his remark and
apologizing to Britney’s fans.
Verdict in Elijah McClain Case
Officer Nathan Woodyard has been acquitted of charges related to the 2019 death of Elijah
McClain. McClain passed away after being subjected to a carotid hold by the police and
administered ketamine by paramedics.
One former officer was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide, while another was acquitted. The trial for the paramedics involved in administering ketamine is scheduled to begin soon.
