The White House hasn’t quite been the same since the uproar that Donald Trump has caused since being elected the 45th president of the United States of America.

While in office, Trump has managed to make headlines by committing some of the most outrageous acts. Here are a few things that have happened since Trump has been in office which should be reasons why you are running to the polls during the midterm elections today, November 6!

1. In a meeting with Sens. Lindsey Graham and Dick Durbin regarding immigration law reform, Trump referred to Haiti and African countries as “sh*thole countries” and expressed his preference for immigrants from Norway.

2. Trump calls Mexican immigrants, “Drug Dealers, Criminals, Rapist” and suggest that he will “Build a wall and Mexicans are going to pay for it”.

3. Trump makes history in his first year obtaining one of the highest number of staff members fired or removed. Since Trump has been in office, over 40 members of his administration have either resigned from office or have been fired. Unfortunately, the late John McCain past away from brain Cancer before he had the opportunity to officially resign.

4. Trumps administration proposes gun and school safety measures by suggesting that school teachers should be armed and trained to handle firearms.

5. Trump belittled Hurricane Maria during their crisis in Puerto Rico stating that it wasn’t that much of a big catastrophe. He nonchalantly compared their death total of 16 to Hurricane Katrina’s death total of over 1,000 with lack of compassion for the families that may have lost a loved one during the crisis.

6. As NFL protests picked up steam and more and more players refused to stand for the National Anthem, Trump decided to chime in stating during a rally, “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son-of-a-bitch off the field right now. Out! He’s fired. He’s fired!”.

7. Trump has been accused of sexual misconduct by 22 women.
