Actor Demetrius ‘Lil Meech’ Flenory Arrested In Miami For Grand Theft

BMF star Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory has been arrested and charged with first-degree organized fraud and first-degree grand theft.

According to reports, Flenory was arrested in Miami and due to Florida state law because of the charges, the feds will likely have jurisdiction over the case.

The cops reported that the actor put an $80,000 down payment on the platinum Rolex, but didn’t pay the remaining balance of $200k. He was also accused of allegedly trying to trade the watch in for another Richard Mille piece at a different store. Lil Meech has been released on bond a few hours after being arrested.

Details about the case are still being developed, however, if convicted, Lil Meech can face 60 years in prison. Meech’s first-degree organized fraud charge has a sentence of 30 years in prison.

Meech’s father, Big Meech, is serving a 30-year sentence in federal prison for controlling and overseeing a national cocaine trafficking ring.
