Today, we highlight Ann Tripp, who is the News Director of WBLS & can be heard during the Steve Harvey Show every weekday morning ! She breaks down her unique style, some of the hardest stories she’s ever covered, why she got into the field of journalism, her career, and much more!

She began her on-air career at 14-years-old as an announcer, actress, and singer at WNYC reaching great success throughout the years reaching awards such as three New York City Council Proclamations, the Ida B. Wells Journalism Award, the Lincoln Center Award, Best Female New York City Radio Newscaster and Outstanding Young Woman in America.
