Chance the Rapper wants your help raising money for his recent charity campaign, which will benefit the Chi-town native’s non-profit, SocialWorks – and he’s doing it with the help of Postmates.

In his latest humanitarian efforts, Chance is asking his fans throughout the Chicago area to grab a bite to eat at all his favorite spots in the 7-7-3. But there’s a catch: a $1 donation from each Postmates purchase will go directly to SocialWorks.

The partnership begins today (Jan. 29), and runs until Friday, Feb. 1.

Anyone who orders food from a list of Chance’s favorite hometown restaurants including Harold’s Chicken Shack, Nando’s Peri-Peri Chicken, Shake Shack, Chipotle, Chef Luciano Kitchen & Chicken, Cheesie’s Pub & Grub, Popeyes, Royal Caribbean Jerk … and even 7-Eleven will help donate to the cause at no expense to them.

Chano made the announcement via Instagram early this morning to breakdown the initiative for fans.

Find out how you can help donate to SocialWorks below.

I hand picked some of my favorite restaurants in Chicago and teamed up with @Postmates to raise money for @SocialWorks_chi. For every delivery from my “favorites” section in the Postmates app between TODAY and Friday (I know I said next week in the video…I recorded this video last week), we will donate $1 to empowering the youth of Chicago. #socialworks
