Last week, we reported they were admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago after testing positive for COVID. In the latest update, as reported on CNN, Rev. Jesse Jackson has been moved to a physical rehabilitation center, while his wife Jacqueline was transferred to the intensive care unit.
In a statement, family members said Jacqueline was moved to the ICU and received oxygen but could breathe independently. The information also said, “Jesse’s coronavirus symptoms were subsiding, and that a hospital focused on physical rehabilitation due to his Parkinson’s disease,” the article reports.
