Common just announced that he has a new book on the way titled Let Love Have The Last Word. The actor/rapper/author shared the news on his Instagram account.
His new book details his own experiences when it comes to love, partners, family, children and community. He also talks about the power of love and unity and “how it can only help us live better lives and build stronger communities.”
Common shared the inspiration for his book via Twitter, He tweets:
“I wanted 2 write a book 2 share what I learned about what LOVE is and how I failed with LOVW. I wanted to share my experienced to inspire other people 2 share as well as connect w/ LOVE! ‘Let LOVE have the last word.’”
This isn’t Common’s first book. He’s also written one of New York Times best-selling memoir, One Day It’ll All Make Sense.
Let Love Have the Last Word is set to drop May 7th.
