Darius Jackson, 29, filed a response to Palmer’s request for a domestic violence restraining order on Friday, December 15. He alleged Palmer, 30, was “the primary aggressor” and “engaged in abusive conduct during the two-and-a-half-year relationship,” according to People.

He claimed Palmer subjected him to both “physical and verbal abuse,” alleging she punched, choked and hit him several times. He lists several dates of different alleged confrontations.

As previously reported, this comes a few days after Jackson shared with his followers that he had turned a new leaf and had gotten saved.

People has more on the story:

He claims that there are several instances of Palmer punching him, choking him and hitting him, as well as one day where she allegedly “called him over 200 times and sent him over 50 emails” when Jackson “told her he would not spend the night with her” in November 2021, per his response document.

In March 2022, he claims he changed his phone number “to avoid further harassment and threats” from Palmer, who he said “frequently became agitated and aggressive after consuming alcohol” in the filing.

One year later, Jackson claims Palmer subjected him to verbal abuse, calling him “bitch, a punk ass and a loser,” as US Weekly reports. The filing also included several screenshots of alleged text messages in which Palmer appeared to apologize for physical contact. In one instance, Jackson sent Palmer a photo of his bruised arm. “You will never put your hands on me again,” Jackson wrote.

In a post to his personal Instagram on Thursday, the Jackson explained the reason behind his silence while dealing with the drama between he and Palmer.

“There’s A LOT I can say but not allowed to say. And at this point, don’t even want to say. I will say, however, that God is & will always be your greatest ally,” he captioned in the video, which showed various clips of him working out while audio from a sermon played in the background.
