Michael B Jordan’s undoubtedly was a breakout star in the Marvel movie Black Panther. Jordan played the villain Erik Killmonger, who had a dark side to him, in which Jordan intensified. After the movie wrapped, Jordan was having trouble leaving the character behind him.

In a recent podcast interview, Jordan disclosed that it took him close to a month to get rid of Killmonger.

“It was one of those things that I didn’t know what was going on,” he continued, “ I never was in a character for that long of a period of time and was, I guess, that dark, that lonely, that painful. So coming out of it, I thought, ‘Oh yeah, business as usual. I can just go back home, I’ll cut my hair off, and everything will be back to normal.” This led Jordan to seek therapy.

Glad to see Jordan is doing much better.
