The city of Chicago will now hear from Jussie Smollett and his lawyers!
The Empire actor is accusing the city for a malicious prosecution and also mentions the Chicago Police Department detectives who worked on the case. According to reports Smollett is also suing the two Nigerian brothers Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo that claim they were paid to attack him.
Jussie Smollett maintains his innocence and says he did not fake his attack.
