Erica Mena is ready to walk away from her two-year marriage to her estranged husband, Safaree Samuels.
The “Love & Hip-Hop” star filed for divorce last Friday in Fayette County Superior Court in Georgia. She is requesting “primary physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Safire. She is also willing to share joint legal custody.
TMZ also reports that she is seeking child support and want exclusive use of the home.
This news comes after the pair announced that they are expecting baby number 2 together.
