Fans were not happy with rapper and talk show host, Eve, after she made some interesting comments surrounding Chris Brown’s alleged rape case on The Talk.
All the host were discussing the case, as it had just surfaced the Internet. Seemingly, the topic was sensitive for Eve, as she was very vocal about how she felt. “When are you going to stop and grow up and all the talent to shine through, and fix your brain? This is ridiculous.”
The rapper also brought up Chris Brown’s past criminal troubles. Now that Brown has been acquitted all the charges due to insufficient evidence, Eve took to social media to send out an apology. “I’m passionate about the climate that we’re in. With women and all these allegations coming out. My passion wasn’t geared towards Chris Brown.”
Eve did make it a point to initially say she hopes the allegations against Brown was not true.
Many fans feel like her apology should have been made on T.V. just as her comments were.
