R&B singer, R. Kelly is reportedly under investigation in the state of Illinois for sex trafficking, tax evasion and obstruction of justice.
According to TMZ, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois is conducting interviews with people associated with the Kelly. It is their hopes to discover more sex tapes with minors. They have been searching for tapes since his 2008 trial, but have not been successful.
There have been rumors circulating about an alleged “stash” of sex tapes existing. This rumor has been prominent since he went on trial back in 2008 for child porn charges. The “stash” has yet to be found.
Things are not looking too good for the singer; we recently reported that he allegedly has $625 to his name. ”Kelly also has two Bank of America accounts — holding $44,595.58 and $110,056.64, for a grand total of $154,527.22 — however all of that money has reportedly been seized for outstanding debts except for $625.”
