The hunt for Zac Stacy is finally over.
The ex-NFL player was found in Florida and is being charged with two felonies in the assault of his ex-girlfriend in from of their 5-month-old son.
The authorities say that Stacy was arrested without incident but with the intention of turning himself in after landing in Florida from Nashville.
He was wanted by the police for criminal mischief and aggravated assault after he was seen on video punching his child’s mother in the head, throwing her into the television, and then slamming her on top of their son’s toys.
Zac Stacy is currently being held in Orange County jail and if he is convicted he faces up to 15 years in prison.
