Today, Cynthia Smith, Program Director for WBLS announced the appointment of legendary DJ, Funk Flex to the new position of Creative Program Director.
Funk Flex brings a wealth on connections in the worlds of Hip-Hop and R&B to the WBLS audience. Smith says, “Flex continues to move the needle with his experience, creativity, and strategic forward thinking!”
In his new role, Funk Flex will be responsible for driving new initiatives for on-air programming and digital content. He will continue to serve a Mix Show Coordinator as well.
