Gabrielle Union has released her holiday collection with NY&CO and her pieces are must-haves. If you are looking for the perfect outfit for Christmas or New Year’s Eve then look no further.
In an official press release, the statement reads:
“The line includes silver jacquard suit, statement reds, a long sleeve jumpsuit and some super cozy sweaters and pants. It also sees the return of some fan favorites from last winter – a black sequin skirt, rainbow sequin skirt, sequin jumpsuit and sequin palazzo.”
Her collection are all under $100 which is perfect if you are on a budget for the holidays and it’s available in petite, tall and plus size. So why not shop on budget all while looking fabulous. Union describes the line as “fun, flirty, functional and fly.”
She adds,
“You can’t take over the world in clothes that are going to be uncomfortable, put you and keep you in debt. I don’t find clothes like that empowering.”
Along with her line, Union teamed up with Raven Goodwin, Ajiona Alexus, Essence Atkins and Valarie Pettiford to promote her new campaign #AllTogetherNow, “bringing diverse women of all ages and body types together to feel empowered.”
“I wanted to create this campaign that celebrates all women coming together and showing our power, showing our might,” Union said. “We see movies like ‘Black Panther’ and ‘Girls Trip’ and ‘Night School’ and we think we’re celebrating diversity but there’s working actors in this town and specifically working actors of color who’ve been working for decades who haven’t gotten that spotlight.”
