Who doesn’t love our forever FLOTUS, Michelle Obama?
We all have always admired Obama and Bush’s friendship over the years. During a recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he elaborated more on their friendship.
He says:
“I go to a lot of funerals, and so does she. Because of protocol, I’m always stuck next to her–or, she’s always stuck next to me. And I get a little antsy during the long-winded eulogies, so I start cracking a few jokes–funeral jokes. And she seems to think they’re funny, so I’m delighted!”
Obama also spoke on her relationship with Bush a few years ago with his daughter, Jenna Bush-Hager.
“Our values are the same. We disagree on policy, but we don’t disagree on humanity. We don’t disagree on love and compassion.”
