Ime Udoka is looking to become the new head coach for the Houston Rockets.
According to reports, he will be signing for his new position after being suspended and then fired as the coach for the Boston Celtics. We reported that Udoke was let go for having a consensual intimate relationship with a female staffer while in a relationship with Nia Long.
The Houston Rockets conducted an investigation into Udoka before making the offer with the league office, the Celtics, and other parties. Before being offered this position, Udoka was reportedly set to become the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets in November 2022, however, they decided to promote Jacques Vaughn instead.
