In an Instagram post, the actor wrote that he appreciates all of the love and support he has received from his fans.
We recently reported that fellow actor Martin Lawrence gave an update on Foxx’s condition saying that he heard that his friend was “doing better” and sent him prayers, love, and support.
Jamie Foxx’s daughter, Corrine, broke the news about her dad’s condition in a statement via Instagram asking for prayers. “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers,” the statement read. “The family asks for privacy during this time.”
