Janelle Monae was giving us iconic vibes during her performance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
While performing her song the Prince-inspired song “Make Me Feel,” from her Dirty Computer album, the set started off in black and white on the screen. As the performance continues, it changes to color as she displays her Janet Jackson like dance moves.

This is Monae’s second appearance on the Late Show within months. During her first appearance, she spoke to Stephen Colbert about everything from love, science fiction, and partying with the Late Show hosted by former President Barack Obama.
