In 2008 Janet Jackson revealed that if she was ever in a relationship with a woman it would be with none other than Alicia Keys.
Keys has recently reacted to the interview on her social media where she captioned the photo “I always knew I was BAE.”
Keys’ sense of flattery comes after Jackson’s two-night documentary aired on Lifetime where fans got a chance to see a glimpse of the iconic singer’s childhood, married life, and she eventually gain control over her life.
The documentary also touched on her 2004 Superbowl performance with Justin Timberlake where he exposed her nipple during their performance. The 55-year-old singer had revealed that she asked Timberlake not to release a statement.
“We talked once,” Janet said in the doc. “And he said ‘I don’t know if I should come out and make a statement.’ … And I said, ‘Listen…I don’t want any drama for you. They’re aiming all of this at me.’ So I said, ‘If I were you, I wouldn’t say anything.’”
Tito went on to clarify that the incident was not a publicity stunt, it was a simple mistake, and stated that his baby sister is not that type of person.
