Keri Hilson Reveals That She Wants Her Soulmate To Be Black + Social Media Responds

Keri Hilson had social media on fire after she revealed that she wants her soulmate and life long partner to be a Black man.

She would express her views in a series of tweets about her future. She stated, “I want who God wants for me, but am I wrong for hoping my soulmate is a black man? He don’t even have to be American, I ‘ve dated 3 non-American black men. But I want to love a black man. Or a man of color.”

She continued, “And if he’s neither, he’d have to have a deep understanding and genuine support of my pro-blackness. Anybody feel me?”

Hilson’s tweets caused fans to react on Twitter. One user would say, “I can completely relate because I feel the exact same way. Sometimes I wonder if I’m being narrow minded for just wanting a black man but that is what my preference truly is. Also a big part of me does not want to be considered just a fetish for non black men”.

Another user said, “Nothing wrong with that at all. At this point I don’t care what color or ethnicity they are. Any black man I’ve ever dated or dealt with just ain’t ben it so keep my options open and just pray that someone worth my time pops up despite them being black or not.”
